About Print Éire

A small one-man 3D printing business based in Donabate, Co. Dublin.

Print Éire is run by one person with an interest in making useful, interesting things and, ideally, buying more printers over time. The aim is simple: offer a straightforward way to turn a digital model into a well-made physical print with clear pricing and a sensible review process.

How the print farm runs

Small scale, hands-on, and designed to make the most of available energy.

Solar-powered operation

We use solar power to run the print farm, including overnight through battery storage where possible.

PLA from renewable sources

Our PLA prints are made from renewable, plant-based resources such as corn starch, cassava roots, sugarcane, or sugar beet pulp.

Bioplastic by fermentation

PLA is produced by fermenting plant sugars into lactic acid, which is then processed into the bioplastic used for printing.

What matters here

Clear quoting, sensible communication, and good prints.

  • Every job starts with a clear upload and quotation flow so customers can see what they are approving.
  • Quotes are reviewed before final approval so tricky models or unusual print requirements can be handled properly.
  • The goal is to keep the service personal, practical, and transparent as the print farm grows.
